The transcribed information contained within these pages for the 1841 Census are Copyright © 2005 to Ancestry Aid. All rights reserved. Any member found to be offering look-ups on the Ancestry Aid Census WILL have their account removed and be banned from Ancestry Aid indefinately. b) The 1841 London, Hampshire and Norfolk Census names index, contained within Ancestry Aids pages fall into two copyright regulations. First, the source of the 1841 London 1841 Hampshire and 1841 Norfolk Census are copyright to The National Archives. All rights reserved. Second, the data contained within the Ancestry Aid 1841 London Census the 1841 Hampshire Census and the 1841 Norfolk Census has been transcribed by Ancestry Aid. All data is copyright to Ancestry Aid and may not be copied, downloaded, duplicated and used for public display in any way without first gaing permission from Ancestry Aid.
All other content contained within Ancestry Aid is copyright to its respectful owner which will be stated. Everything else is Copyright © 2005-2008 to Ancestry Aid. All rights reserved. No material in the form of text or images may be used without first gaining permission from Ancestry Aid.

Any data that has been taken from the British Census are only to be used for the above reasons. If you are to post material that is
Crown Copyright you are to ensure that the information is 100% accurate and you are to also state the the information provided is
"Crown Copyright - From www.nationalarchives.gov.uk".
Transcriptions and Lookups are permitted within the Ancestry Aid site provided the Crown Copyright has been acknowledged by the poster/user, as
long as Crown Copyright is acknowledged and that the poster/user has transcribed the material his/herself. If the transcription is not the work
of the poster/user then the poster/user must first gain permission from the originator. All transcriptions and lookups posted within the
Ancestry Aid site are to be 100% accurate.
Any posts, found within the Ancestry Aid site by either the administrator, owner, moderator or member, that are found to be disrigarding
the copyright laws will be deleted from the site and the poster/user responsible will be removed. Posters/Users MUST ensure, personally, that
they are not breaking any copyright, liscence agreement or terms of use laws themselves. Ancestry Aid WILL NOT be held responsible for the
