Selecting A Database

Select the database you wish to search by clicking one of the three radio buttons listed.

Exact Matches

• Exact Matches Only
  Using this option will only return results that match axactly what you have entered into the search form. For example: if you search for a person named Smith and enter the age of 21 but the database does not contain a 21 year old called Smith then no results will be returned.
• Near Matches
  This option will allow to to retrieve a variation of results. For example: if you search for a surname John then the system will return all surnames containing John e.g Johns, Johnson etc.
