Thread: Rimingtons of Dunscroft/Hatfield

Hi everyone I have hit a brick wall!!
I am looking for any information William Rimington born 1802 in Dunscroft. He was married in 1826 in Skipton where he lived for the rest of his life. He also had a brother George (my 2x great grandfather) born 1808/9, who moved to Leeds, married in 1830 and died there in 1849.
Any information on either men or their family would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jane, I have just had a quick look at the census's, William and his family are on the 1841 census he was a master whitesmith his wife was called Susannah they had son william 1829 daughter sarah 1831. A nephew called george was staying with them on the 1851 census. Didn't know whether you had this census info, hope it helps.
