i found my dads army records and have sent for his medals as there were return so just waiting now .......

Post australian army

i found my dads army records and have sent for his medals as there were return so just waiting now to see if i get them,but when my dad died in 1954 my mum tried to get his pension but they said they could,nt find his record which i have and copied 54 pages,but who do i get in touch with is it australia or england,can anyone advise on this

Hi Joyce

I will assume that your rellie served in the Australian army and not the English and if that is the case you would contact the Australian Defence Force or possibly the Australian War Memorial either of these places might be able to help you
