My Great Great Great Grandfather was George Brice, baptised on 6 February 1803 in Collingbourne Ducis, Wiltshire. His wife Mary Rumble (or possibly Rumbold) was baptised 12 June 1808 in Newton Toney, Wiltshire. George and Mary moved to Croydon sometime 1838-1841 (ie in time for the 1841 census).
I'm interested in all things Brice in Collingbourne Ducis and Collingbourne Kingston. George's parents were, I believe, first cousins - Thomas Brice, baptised 9 June 1763 Collingbourne Ducis, and Frances Brice, Baptised 11 November 1764 Collingbourne Kingston. I believe their fathers were respectively Thomas Brice and Benjamine Brice, sons of Richard Brice and Ann Goodwife (but I'm still struggling to make sure this is right).
I am therefore interested in any info about Collingbourne Ducis and Collingbourne Kingston, and in the following families associated by marriage with Brices from the Collingbournes:
Barlow, Foot, Walker, Lane, Dudman
JULIAN
