Hi There, You dont state when Winifred was born but the Electoral Rolls and Voters records might give you some indication..Peckham I would think would come under Southwark. If Winifred was old enough to vote she would be on the Electoral Roll.I would be contacting the Southwark Council but I am not sure if they will be able to help..

Thanks Marion, Winifred (my mother) was born in Manchester in 1908. I've already tried Southwark Council but they say Metropolitan have the records.
