Hello I am looking for info on the Allen family, from Briston Norfolk

My late Grandfather was Ronald Allen, they lived in Melton Constable Norfolk they were born in Thursford

Hi and thanks for your reply. I don't think there is a connection, it seems they mainly came from a place called Briston in Norfolk, I do not know Norfolk at all unfortunately and will have to go one day, this is some of my husband's ancestors.A Joseph William Allen was his grandfather - he moved to Yorkshire [near Doncaster]
