LOOKING FOR INFO ON CHARLES VALE He live in Brimingham JEWELL RYQUARTER Need to know who his Wife was in 1908 date of marriage . thank you Becky in USA

Hi Becky,

I found these Vale births on FreeBMD...both with a mmn of Morris in brackets.

1stq 1912..
Vale Charles E Morris Birmingham 6d44
3rdq 1913..VALE HOWARD F (MORRIS) Birmingham 6d312

Theres a marriage for a Charles Henry G Vale 3rdq 1908 to ..
(MORRIS) Frances Mary Birmingham 6d253

Its a possibilty, but his marriage cert would be the certain way to go..

Light thank you So much . I will send away for the marriage papers. and see if this is my Aunt . she must have been married twice since I have a letter from my Great grand father written t o my grandfather saying he was to write his sister and her last name was Mrs . Carter . and in 1927 She lived in 40 Well Street Hockly ( not sure on spelling of last word) she worked in Gems. but no Husband's name so Don't know what to think .
It's hard being over here in the USA and not be able to go thu ASTON Area where they lived I need to find death record for her and her sister NELLIE . I was told here by my mother Nellie married a LANDON anda aunt said FIELD . Now looks like she married HAROLD j BROOKS ,
Grand pa didn't talk about living in England or his family there . he was the youngest of 12 and was a BHC . along with a sister and brother . I only found out after his passed a way and we went thu some of his thing that he dad family still over there . But grand ma wouldn't talk about it ether . she sent me the letter .
letter says he was trying to to get them to bring him over to the USA .
But by then they had 6 children and no money to spare .

Hi Becky,

It is hard when your in another country. I have rellis in Australia and America so I know how you feel..

I do hope the marriage is the right one, its the one that fitted in with the date you gave.

I did have a quick look for the deaths but nothing jumped out, sorry!
Good luck with your search.

Also Becky when you have another question please put it on the genealogy look up boards as its more likely to be noticed on there I think..
