Wink Merry message in a Bottle Re George Trew

Hi Geoff Thanks for info on George, I have had this hunch for a while and you have just confirmed it. I now have to find his parents, was there any info on Samuel Trew born 1828 Witham Essex being in the Army.
your quick response has been greatly appreciated.

Thumbs down

Hi again,

Cannot find a Samuel Trew c.1828 Witham, Essex on any of the census from 1851 -1901 nor can I find any record on BMD or IGI.

Do you have the parents names or is that what your hoping to find on the 1841 Census?

If I can be of any further help, please ask.

Geoff

Thumbs up Trew George-Message in a Bottle

Hi Geoff thanks again. There is some interest in the facts of the gaps William Trew 1808 and Elizabeth Radley 1809 they were married on the 8 Nov 1829 had Edward 1830 , William 1832 and then Elizabeth 1840.
Oh for help with the 1841 census for those Gaps. As for your William parents are unknown, this also makes another connection to the Military. Samuels Parents were William Trew 1788 & Hannah Hills 1789 married 21 Apr 1807

I am researching Louisa Trew, my great grandmother, b. 1853. Her father was George Trew (also shown as Treece on the 1871 census). He was also born in Witham, Essex in 1813.
