Searching for info on Richard Wade Skaggs, born 1824, died 1913 in Larue Co., Ky. He was married to 2 of A. Underwood from Green Co., Ky. First Elizabeth Underwood and then her younger sister Nancy (Underwood) Thompson. Seeking his parents names and where they were from.
