Hi Chris!

This is Vienna Spencer (of Calif--but of British SPENCERS (direct descent down from Henry of Badby (ie-Henry SPENCER b.c.1386/d.1475 of Badby town, NORTHANTS.)-down thru John of Edworth (John Spencer-b.1505 Edworth,BEDS
and then down to Gerard Spencer,SR whose sons---William,Thomas, Michael (from whom i directly descend)and Gerard jr...are known as the "4 Brothers" Spencer line (also known as the "Spencers of Bedfordshire").

I have a couple of questions for you. One---your posting says u are Chris and AncestryAid OWNER--- meaning the owner of this site? Cool! Great site-i just tripped over it accidently online doing a Google search of "Spencer ancestry in England" and your site was one of the hits that came up!

Now my question----is a)your surname TODAY that of SPENCER---or b)is your Spencer concern that of one of many of your lines of ancestry in the past?

Also do you know anything else about the Spencer folk u are querying about? Meaning do you know who they come down from or who comes down from THEM? Just so I might see IF I CAN HELP YOU?

Are your Spencers originated out of Essex, Northants or???? Or were they always only in Norfolk???? DO TELL!
