Hi

My great grandfather was Joseph Ritchie born 4 August 1860 and died 7 February 1930.

His parents being : John Ritchie 1821-1902 & Ann Taylor 1824-1896.

Joseph's 1st wife was Mary Ann Mitchell born 1860-1904, and they had 7 children, the eldest daughter Jane b 1882 is my grandmother, she married John May.

After Mary Ann died, Joseph remarried in 1906, Annie Watt from Gamrie. She was born 6 Sept 1873 and died 1957. Annie had previously been married to a George Watt who was drowned at sea in 1899 on the Fishing boat "Rose" off the Shetlands.
