Hi

John L. May b 28 August 1846 in Inverallochy, Aberdeenshire, was my Great grandfather.

He married Jane Robertson from Peterhead, and they had 14 children. My line comes down via his son John May ( young Jockey Borra) born 3 June 1882 and died 1952, he married Jane Ritchie 1885-1971, her family was from Rosehearty.

John May Snr, his by name was "Jockey Borra". John's parents being Andrew May 1821-1885 & Elizabeth Noble bc 1825-1889.
