Can anyone out there help me with some answers?
I am looking for information on William German, born c1770 in Suffolk, he married Esther Hubbard (when?) she was born c1775, Rickinghall, Suffolk. They moved to Witham, where they had had 2 children, Mary Ann, born 1805 in Witham, died Aug 1853 & Charles William, born 1805, in Witham, died 1870. William died 13-2-1846 & left Esther as a widow. She died 13-10-1863.I have been searching for information about William & his parents. All the information I have is above & so far I have drawn a blank with everything else. Chris ![]() |

Sorry Chris, I have had a look back can only find Esther on the census returns when she is the widow of a carpenter.
On the IGI it doesn't find anyone with the name William German in Suffolk but brings up plenty of name variations - Jarmyn - Jermyn - Jarmin - Jarman - etc etc. __________________ |

Hi di
My name is geoff and I am a direct decendent of George Jarmyn and have quite a bit of information on jarmyn in South Australia. George & William married sisters. They came to S Aust separately in 1851 & 1855 |

Hi di,
I am anew member but am a direct decendent of George Jarmyn you are seeking. Have quite an extensive list of George & Williams decendents in Australia. They married two Clarke sisters in Higham, Suffolk. Interestingly in 1841 Census name is spelt Jarman but changed to Jarmyn when they left England |
