Smile Grundill/Grundell/Grindall

Hi everyone.
My main interests are in the Grundill/Grindale family but the spelling changes from generartion to generation so any variant of the spelling is of interest. I am alos lookin at the Coldbeck family from Yorks, the Southward and Robson families from Cumbria. I should say the Grundill lot are from just about anywhere but mostly Yorks, Durham and Cumbria. Anyone interested in these lot please drop me a line.

Hiya,

I am also trying to trace the Grindells/Grundells/Grindalls etc.

My Great Grandmother was a Grindell & originated from East Yorkshire. My main interest is in the Yorkshire Branch, East & West. I have quite afew listed in my tree, plus alot of Horstead family members who married in. I will swap info with you if you'd like.....hopefully we'll find a link!!

Hiya,

Yeah, I've seen the site. Mandy also emailed me a copy of her tree at the beginning of the year. I still haven't managed to link my Grindells to hers which is really frustrating. I'm convinced that they belong to the same tree?!

Thanks for the link though,

Regards, Helen

Hi to all:
I am fairly new to geneology and this is my first attempt at a chat room. Ggenie, you are elusive. Although l find your posts in many places, l have yet to connect with you. Thanks for your diligence in researching & posting the Grindale info. I am descended from the marriage of Mary Coldbeck ( daughter of Ralph Coldbeck + Ann Grindale), who married John Ingleby. I have their children and the descendants of their first born son Daniel, who came to Canada in abt. 1834. Would love to exchange info and querie something you have in the tree.
