Thanks for your message. I am descended from Richard Button born 1809 Lacock Wilts, son of Anthony born 1787 and Jane Dummer.
Any connection to your family?

Maxwell,
My people apparently came from Cobdenham, Suffolk. His name was William who married Mary GREEN. Between them they had 8 children.

One being William b.1864. Who married Elizabeth and between them they had at least three children.

One of them was a William Robert b.1890 who married Emma, they had 4 children one of which was my mother Meryl.
