If you go to wwwfreereg.org.uk, click on search, and put Phllips in to the search box andd click baptisms then you srcoll down in the searh box where it says place(takes ages) till you come to Shepton Malllett.
In the County box scroll down and click on Somerset. It will bring you up 19 Phillips bapstisms dating back to Flower Phillips of 1677.
Have a look through these. Click on blue number at left hand side of each to get details.

Jul - Sept 1843, Shepton Mallet, Samuel Phillis also indexed Henrietta Francis

A possible baptism

Samuel Phillis, St Peter and St Paul, Shepton Mallet, DOB 10 Oct 1823, baptised 1st Apr 1831, father John, mother Hannah, abode Work House, father's occupation weaver.

The marriage of Samuel and Henrietta is on Freereg, 8/8/1843, at St Peter and St Paul, Shepton Mallet, Samuel a labourer, grooms father - John a labourer, brides father Jonas a labourer, witnesses Charles Hockey and Sarah Green.

As Lola suggested look through the Shepton Mallet records on freereg - there's a lot of Phillis's on there.

And a baptism for a Henrietta Francis Ditcheat Somerset 25 Dec 1819 parents jonas Francis and Mary.
Can only think that that one died and another henrietta may have been born to them later.... as ages don't fit?

Though actually not sure if this henrietta was yours? There were several Henrietta francis. Need slizzy's help I think.

On the 1861 census there are heaps of shepton mallett Phillis but I can't seem to find Henrietta?
Could you tell me what you've got on them and how far you've got?
