Default Help Required to Read a Document

I'm finding this document difficult to read and hoping someone with sharp/young eyesight can help. At the bottom of the page you'll find Simon Hargreaves, in the box alongside his name is some faint writing .........in particular I'm hoping someone can read the next to bottom line starting........'at Leeds'

Many thanks.
