Thread: How to Find Proof

Hi



I have been researching my family history since late 2007, I have now managed to get back to 17.00 and am having some trouble.



I have been researching The Hodder Family of Brixham, but I can not find any Hodder's in Brixham before 17.00. My last hodder is Thomas Guppy Hodder Christened 17 Feb 17.40.



The problem I have is that I can not seem to find George Hodder born in Brixham, I have found A George Hodder Christened in Topsham, Devon on the 01 Oct 17.17, his parents were Wiliam And Ann Hodder.



Does anyone know of a way that I can try to find evidence that these two George Hodders are the same person

Is George Thomas's father?

Yes George Hodder and Elizabeth Collier are the parents of Thomas Guppy Hodder, They were married on 31 Jan 1739 in Brixham
