Default south wales THOMAS c1901

Hello any helpers out there
I know this is the proverbial needle / haystack situation but am trying to find Owen and daughter Janet Mary Thomas born 1895 - were they missed in the 1901 Census because I haven't found them together. Lots of Owens and lots of Janet Marys but none belonging together.
Progress halted on an important branch.

Thank you Welshlady. You have identified my problem - if I knew more I wouldn't have come to such a grinding halt. My best improvement is that Owen Thomas was a collier - and there have been one or two of those over the years in South Wales. I thought I had a clue from west Wales - perhaps Carmarthen - but drew a blank.
She married in Cardiff in 1912 but that does solve where in 1901 which is my best hope for further research.
Thank you for any help you can offer.
Best Wishes

sorry Pottering
cant seem to see any likely candidates in 1901 census. this is one that might have to wait until 1911 census comes out next year. as it is close to her marriage time you might find them in cardiff area.
out of curiosity whereabout is north wales are you - i am just outside wrexham area

Hello Welahlady
Either someone didn't complete their census or they were far away on 31st March 1910. No one with whom I have had personal contact knows the place or mother's name and '1911' seems far away.
Thank you for looking.
