Hi Gibbos

Im no expert, but I would think they may probably come under the 100 year closure.

Although I have trial papers of a case from 1919 that I bought from Nat Archives.

Maybe checking with the relevant Archives will be a solution??

Hi loz, yeah i was wondering about that 100 year wait and i got an email back this morn and it looks like custody comes under the same act as adoption. thanks
