Hi Dave
Sorry for not responding- I was having trouble earlier sending messages on here. Nothing found for your Joseph.....no marriage or any births.
Good luck with your search.
Cheers
Kerri

Hello Kerri.
I would appreciate your help in the search for RENDLE's coming into South Australia.
As far as I know Percy (Percival) RENDLE, b:1856 London, Charles RENDLE b:1847 and Alice RENDLE b:1851 came to SA sometime before 1872 which is the date of Charle's marriage in SA. They are all the children of Samuel RENDLE and Sarah Thomasine BOWHAY, I am not sure if the parents ever came to Australia.
Thanking you.

Hi Jennie

There is no Geegong (and nothing resembling) in Sth Aust, however there is a Geelong in Victoria. Found 8 - S. Roe and 8 - R. Roe in Sth Aust. 14 - S. Roe and 4 - R. Roe in Victoria. Presuming one or all are still alive in their 70's many retirees went to NSW and I found 1 - M. Roe in Tocumwal and 1 - S Roe in Deniliquin in NSW, these towns are close to each other.
Also found 1 - S. Roe at Ocean Grove which is very close to Geelong in Victoria.

Hi Kerrie,
I'm looking for any information possible on Harry W Furniss who was born England i think about 1890-1900. He was an actor/singer/dancer and used the names Paul Furniss-Paul D'Este & Paul D'Esti. He came to NSW around 1925/27 and lived with Althea Lambert Glasby in Mosman. I know he's on the 1939 electoral with Althea.
Sorry but thats all i have at the moment.
Andrew

Kerrie,
Done a bit of digging around today and there is a distinct possibility that Harry/Paul is in actual fact WILLIAM FURNISS born 1891 Lancashire so he may be under that name. It looks like he liked to go under several names presumably due to his artistic background but perhaps for other reasons who knows.

My! You have been busy on my behalf! Thank you so much.
I had a couple of recent "phone book" entries kindly sent me by "Skellie" and
I've had to write to them by air mail but I hope they will e-mail me back to let me know whether they are the cousins for whom I am searching . If not, well it's back to the drawing board to try contacting some of those you have kindly listed.
All good wishes Jennie.
