Hi Lisaowc and welcome to Ancestry Aid
There are lots of Bucklands - far too many to list. There are a couple of Diannes but no Dianas. There are several Williams.
Can you give me a bit more detail about who you are looking for - around what date? travelling to what country?

Hi crooked tail and welcome to Ancestry Aid
There are 2 possible matching entries - unfortunately neither give age or place of residence -
Wm Brown single, occupation clerk - departure Glasgow 7 Sep 1899 destination New York USA - ship Furnessia
Wm Brown single, occupation mech - departure Liverpool 26 Sep 1899 destination New York USA - ship Servia
What do you think?
