    Are you able to lookup French deserters on Ozzie soil?

    Sorry hes not listed the dates i hold though are 1852-1900 only so if before or after i wouldnt know.

    Hi



    Have just discovered that a great grandfather was a ships deserter.

    I know he was on the Lumberman's Lassie that sailed from London to Sydney in 1889. His name was John Christie. Do your records have any information that might be able to be added. He was born in Elgin Scotland in 1861/2.

    Any help gratefully acknowledged.

    The two J christie listed were born Cork Kinsale , sorry hes not listed nor his ship.
