There is no listing at all for Isis Street,Toxteth Park.
The following are the only William Davies's listed.

William Davies - 168 Breck Road,Everton
William Davies - 77 Everton Terrace,Everton
William Davies - 45 Hope Street
William Davies - 146 Stanley Road,Kirkdale.

I'd be grateful if you could check the 1843, 1860 & 1881 directories for Barker - either brewers or builders/ bricklayers. The builders were mainly in Huyton/ Roby, but not sure if those directories above extended that far!

Have found the following Barkers in Street Directories.

1843 Directory - No Trace of any Barkers in the brewery or building trades

1860 Directory
Richard & William Barker (Brewers) 43 South John Street Brewery,Huyton.
Richard Barker (Joiner & Builder) Club Moor -Office and Yard Mill Bank, West Derby

1881 Directory
Richard Barker - Elmsley,Mill Bank,West Derby (No Occupation Listed)
Richard Barker & Co (Brewers) Bells Buildings,34 South John Street/Stores 29 Jervis Street
Samuel Barker - (Dealer in building materials,brick,tile,cement,drain pipes,stone etc) Irlam Road,Bootle
William Barker (Cement Merchant) 6 Surrey Street

just wondering if anyone can shed more light on this family particulalrly earler in 1790-1840

i know this family all resided in the Toxtheth park area for several generations also if that helps

1938:
Stanley Crompton possibly 5 Simms Road
Patrick Ferguson (banker) possibly 2 Eskdale Road Aintree
possibly McGowan or Lowe at 144 Boaler Street.

1821 & 1843
Jackson Southward (Printer) possibly Pitt Street
