Have checked 1911 and 1938 Directories, which are the nearest I have either side of 1919 and found the following residing at 7 Weaver Street:

Miss Sarah Ann Hughes
1938
William Eaton (Labourer)

I'm looking for Barkers in Huyton/ Roby listed as builders/ bricklayers and any reference to Richard Barker & Co, brewers that were at Derby Road, Huyton and Upper Beau St Everton

Have checked the Directories and found the following:

1911
Arnold Barker - 3 Anderton Terrace, Roby Road,Roby.(Bricksetter)
Frederick Barker - 2 Rupert Road,Huyton (Bricklayer)
James Barker - 5 Archway Road,Roby (Bricklayer & Sexton)
Michael Barker - Rose Cottage,Dinas Lane,Huyton (Builder)
Richard Barker & Co. Brewers & Wine & Spirit Merchants - Huyton Brewery,Derby Road,Huyton.
I am unable to tell whether these people are related to each other or not.

1938
Frederick Barker - 26 Rupert Road,Huyton.(Bricklayer)
James Arnold Barker - - Rose Cottage,Dinas Lane,Roby (Bricklayer & Sexton)

I may be off the mark, but it's possible that James Arnold Barker is the son of James in 1911 and a possible nephew of Michael (check the address)
