MY grandparents lived in Rooney Street with their young family, from about 1913.
The family name is Coffey.
Could you look it up for me please. I am uncertain if it still exists.

My grandparents names were, John and Margaret Ann Coffey.
They got married in 1913, and I think it was their first home together.
My older aunties had memeories of Rooney Street, as did my dad, John Joseprh Coffey.
I believe the people who lived in the house next to them were named Quinn.My grandmas family were Garry, and lived iin Burlington Street around 1891, or earlier.
On the census which showed the family of William and Mary, I believe who came from Kildare. They had three children in total, Marcella, who really has vanished.
Richard, I later found again St Johns Road age 20, with my grandma, no sign of parents, whom I believe died.I have now found my grandam, aged 4, in Tennyson Street, Bootle
I have only been doing this 2-3 weeks, so still have a lot of gaps to fill in.
I intend to work forwards, because the Garrys settled in Bootle, and I believe this is where I will find Richard.

Can't find either in the 1881 census and they are being quite ellusive for that particular time....

Your help is appreciated and keep up the good work, makes life easier down here in Oz.

Can you look up with reference to marriage cert. a william beedon paper ruler south john street liverpool married 1868 to Madona Smith [ or lovell ] spinster of 19 finch street liverpool can you see if anyone else was at those addresses around 1868
I have them in the 1871 census at constance street 16 rg/3789 15 24 and william at 14 prudhoe street as a lodger in 1861 with family rg/9 2691 88 8
in later years the beedons where in exley street everton i am trying to get evidence which family william came from in the isle of man


also i have the birth of my great grandmother at 17 colert Blanford street in 1874 name Ada Beedon do you have any details of this address
