Hi Suey
There is only one Cramond marriage
a Morris Alec Cramond in 1968 married a Dorothy Brown.
Other details are there if you think he is yours

Post Re: Grimsby Lincolnshire Marriages and Burials

Hi Sheila

Could you look up the birth of my Great Great Grandfather, Thomas Johnson, possibly in 1841. I know he was married for 66 years to Anne Sheardown Bingly (not positive that the last three names are correct!?)

He lived in and around Grimsby so it may be that he was born outside.

He married at Grainthorpe in 1863-ish but that would not come under Grimsby would it?

He must have been a character because when his wife died (possibly in 1930 when they lived at 28 Orwell St, Grimsby) they had had 14 children (8 of whom were still alive), 43 grand-children and 51 great-grandchildren.

(The above information is taken from a small cutting given to me many years ago by my late father. It is headed PARTED BY DEATH - GRIMSBY NONAGENARIAN LOSES WIFE AFTER 67 YEARS. It had been typed on a really old typewriter and I wonder if it might have been a church magazine entry or something similar?)

This is the very beginning of my search so anything would be much appreciated.

Kind regards,
Robinetta

Hi Sheila

I must learn to read properly! You offer Marriages and Burials and there I am asking for a Birth! But any light you can throw on my search for information would be gratefully recieved.

Kind regards,
Robinetta

Hi Shiela

I haven't got much information to work on....all I know is that Catherine Cannon was born in Grimsby c1876 her parents were John...and possibly Mary....

Are there any marriage dates for John & Mary c the early 1870s and/or a burial date for John

Thanks for taking the time to look
