Sorry Starlight, your Phillips marriage is not on the disc.
Maybe a registry office wedding or a different faith from Church of England??

Regards
Sheila

Hi Sheila,

Thanks for looking. I have just checked and it was Oct/Nov/Dec quarter. I will have to send for the marriage certificate.

Hi Sheila
Do you have a record of the date of birth of my Great Uncle John Shaw born in Grimsby in 1904? Father Alfred, mother Mary Helena.
He actually emigrated to Canada when he was in his early twenties.
I also wonder if he had a middle name?
Thanks in anticipation,
Kind regards
Robinetta

Hi Sheila

This time I will get it right. Sorry to have wasted your time with my last request asking you for a birth !!!!! Its my age!!!!!

Could you look up the death of my Aunt - Joyce Ellis b1929. Father James W and mother Minnie (Gatton). I think she was quite young when she died.

Many thanks,
Robinetta

Hi Sheila

Yes that will be my Joyce I am sure. Did not know her middle name either so that is a bonus thank you.

Yes - I do have Minnie and James' marriage - thanks. Although if you had asked me a few days ago I would have said "No"!! My father gave me a copy of their marriage certificate years ago - long before I even thought about family trees. I have searched high and low for it over the last few months!! I know had put it in a safe place! We have been decorating this week and moving furnite and stuff about and would you believe - I finally discovered the safe place!!!!

Thanks again - I am sure I will be back
Kind regards
Robinetta
