please would you lookup on the 1891/1901 census William H Hack born 1883 Southampton, England. Would really like to know who was with him.

I'm looking for census birth places for John Templeman b 1838, Somerset, but appears anywhere from 1836 to 1839 (born Mells on the 1881 census) on the England census. First definite sighting is with his wife, Frances b 1834-1839 Brookthorpe, Gloucestershire, living London on the 1871 census. If you wouldn't mind looking at the 1871, (I have 1881 info) and the 1901 for this couple to see what John's place of birth reads. Then if you could search backwards for him alone on the 1861, 1851 and 1841, possibly still living in Somerset. The couple were married abt 1861 and lived in London area until they died. Brian, thanks for the info. Ordering the marriage certificate is my next step and I may be able to get his birth certificate as well. Looks like Babington is the most likely for variety of reasons. Babington is in the Shepton Mallet district and it appears that's where the birth is registered - John James T. Could you give me family detail of both if it's easy for you then I'll have the info to compare against certificates. Thanks so much.
