Hi, My name is jim henshaw, i have researched my family tree and got back to 1720's . Now I am researching my wifes tree, i hit a blank wall with her grandfather Nicholas Nenna born Italy then found them 1901 in liverpool,census. Nicholas married a sarah power or powell, she was born in Ireland as was the first daughter Isabella no sign of the marriage in england,
the rest of the family was born in liverpool, nicholas died in Rainhill asylum 1917, we have got his records for the time he was there.
Leo his son was born 14/2/1894 in liverpool and was last found on the 1901 census but then disappeared ,cannot find a death cert for him anywhere, in nicholas's records from rainhill it states that his son was of unsound mind so we think leo might have been in rainhill or brownlow hill asylum, how can we found out about him, any help would be most grateful.

Its possible that they married in Ireland?
