Thread: Aherne family County Cork Ireland

I would be very grateful for any information about the Aherne family,my Grandma Julia Aherne came to England from Ballygarvan and married Henry Parkinson in 1913,her brother William also came to live in England.
I think her parents were called John and Julia,but i don't know if there were any more Brothers or Sisters.
I have been trying to find info on ancestry,but it is vey difficult to access Irish family history.
