The only way unfortunately is to buy the certificate.

Do you have census records for Owen Jones? If not I can try and find them for you.

I do have the census for Owen Jones thanks anyway Slizzy.. It's just Mary E. & her daughter Margaret Jackson that's giving me a big headache. Jones is such a common name and there are so many Mary's one would have to be very lucky to find the right one. But I'm not giving up..
