hi, I'm trying to find out about my father in laws service in the royal artillary during WWII,his name was arthur thorn, surname possibly had an e on the end of his surname. I do know that a gun went of by him causing perment deafness and some baldness, possibly shell shock. I have apicture of the wedding with him in his uniform he married jims mum irene[rene] baker. thanks edy
