Hello
I am looking for my ancestor james gordon born around ripon forcett area- apparently he was a naval officer who arrived in sydney around 1807+ as a lft.(and then travelled to tasmania-) I believe the ship he travelled on was called medway? or something similiar? docked in sydney. around 1807.
any information would be greatly appreciated.
many thanks
