Fascinating site slizzy.
I started writing a 'memory book' a few years back starting with my earliest memory. It's amazing the things that pop into your mind that you think you'd long forgot.
Now my Mums in a care home the staff are doing a 'book of life' with her. All her memories go into it from childhood onwards and it's made fascinating reading for me when I visit. Maybe it's something we should all do. Names and dates are all very well but memories paint a bigger picture.

(AKA Mary)

How beautiful it is to do nothing and rest afterwards...
