Hi Margaret,

Don't worry. You can check if a post has been posted though.

Go to the forum you want to post a thread in.
In the top right hand corner you will notice - " Search this forum"

Click and enter the most important words that will appear in your post, eg Cheshire.

You should then see all the posts in that forum with Cheshire in it.
