Thumbs up Tracking one down

This might prove useful to others. I was trying to find a Fairbairns (which has quite a few other spellings) on the 1841 but without luck. Looking again at my notes to see if there was anything else that I did know, I saw that one of his daughters had married a Pygott, far more unusual name. Bingo! Found him straight away and the chap I was looking for was with him but spelled Fairbanes.

A good tip Cassie,

I have got into the habit of searching for the one with the most unusual name.

Hi Cassie,

Can you go back onto mistranscriptions and put the Piece/Folio/Page No.

Thanx
