This site could be useful for anyone with Ancesters from these Areas I gives a list of buriels plus photos of graves in St James parish Church Slaithwaite .Also Colne Valley Buriel Index and some Huddersfield Records etc

I use Steve Whitwam's site a lot, he's compiled a fantastic collection of records and they have proved an invaluable help for my research

Are you from the Colne Valley?

Hi Slizzy Yes he as done a amazing job. No I am not from Colne
but from other side of Huddersfield
