Apologies, Mods, but I didn't know where else to post this!

Can I ask that th link below is put as a stickie both in the Genealogy Look ups and Northumberland Forum. I, myself, have found it very useful in the past. Having lost this from my favourites I have spent quite some time researching where to find it. Of course others may know where to find it but many will not - as I didn't! These records are not searchable - you need to search through by area and page by page. Nevertheless, it is a very useful and interesting site.

I had this on my laptop that died and it found it really useful for tracing my North East rellies! Besides which it is interesting to read through! Many of the records are really well kept for the late 1700s and early 1880s - wish all were the same!

Yes it is very good, unfortunately most of the pages that I am looking for are blacked out. But please be aware there are mistakes on it that are not on the parish registers On one bishop transcript itread widow of and the parish record clearly read wife of - confusing or what
The person copying them must have been having a bad day!!
