I found this website when trying to date an old photo -

- it has a costume galleries from 1804 to 1923 - I think it is mainly womens and childrens fashions - it is free to view - from what I can gather (not having investigated thoroughly) you only need to be a member if you want to see enlarged photos but the gallery ones are a pretty good size to see the detail.
