I have had a look around on different sites and the info I have found for Minnie Davies is that she was born in Helston in June, 1874.
Richard and Mary Ann Davies were married 13.1.1872 in St Hilary.
Richard was 19 and a Farm Labourer residing in Woodstock which is near Marazion.
Richards father was George and a sailor.
Mary was 18 and also living in Woodstock. Her father William was a blacksmith.
The witnesses to the marriage were William Lethbridge Kingsford and
Helen Lethbridge Kingsford.
In the 1871 census there is a William Prisk age 60 a blacksmith and Elizabeth age 58.
Both born in St Hilary. Their daughter Mary Ann was age 17 and a servant.
They were living in Woodstock, Marazion.
Sorry if I'm repeating info you already have.
Some more info re: Davies

I can't find any more info on Minnie but there is mention of a son of Richard and Mary Davies - Thomas Henry Davies b.1888![]()
Hi There Jonvid,
Thankyou for joining in and trying to help. I already have the information you posted. Thomas Henry Davies was my Grandfather but he was not born in Cornwall. The information on rootsweb under families of cornwall for the Davies I have in my tree is what I gave to the person who posted the info. Well some of it. Just to let you know in 1881 my Davies Ancestors with Richard,Mary Ann,Minnie and Richard Junior are living in East Stone House Devon. I see you are from Devon as well Jonvid. My Great Grandfather Richard Davies may very well have been born in Devon but I,m not sure? As you have found out my Great Grandmother Mary Ann Davies Nee Prisk was born in Cornwall. I also have her Baptism Record. I have never been able to find any birth or Baptism Records for my Great Grandfather Richard Davies and his two oldest children Minnie and Richard.
Thankyou Jonvid.
Regards Marion
