There are a couple of records on the IGI 1. ch 25/1/1807 Derby parents Joseph & Sarah. This is an extracted record - so should be fairly reliable but may have some transcription errors always check the originals if possible. 2. ch 23/2/1807 Derby parents William & mary. This is a patron submitted one so may be very inaccurate - maybe totally right.

I think the joseph and sarah is more likely than william and mary as the first girl born to jonas and betty was called sarah and there was a joseph also for the last child
the christenings are only a month apart and havent found the 2nd one for william and mary so not sure on that one there are some for a william and mary in denby but cant see a jonas
sometimes there were two christenings if the child was given to someone else for some reason but as I say I cant find the record
I was looking for this traditional naming system. This was all over the UK. You may be lucky and your ancestors followed this naming system some did - some didn't
1st Son - Fathers Father
2nd Son -Mothers Father
3rd Son Father
4th Son Fathers oldest Brother
5th Aon Fathers 2nd oldest Brother or Mothers oldest Brother
1st Daughter - Mohers Mother
2nd Daughter Fathers Mother
3rd Daughter Mother
4th Daughter Mothers oldest Sister
5th Daughter Mothers 2nd oldest Sister.
But please do not get too excited by it - as I said it doesn't always follow. But worth a try.
