maps of surname distributions

does anyone know where i can locate a map of the surnames distribution in the 1881 and 1891 etc census?

i have looked on a few sites but with no success.

Hiya

The national trust has the distribution for 1881 & 1998 provided there were more than 100 occurances in the 1998 electrol register. It is free.

http://rootsuk.com/ has a surname profiler they claim covers 1800 to 2002 but is 10 credits per map.

http://www.ancestry.com/learn/facts/default.aspx is a surname profile of England & Wales for 1891 and looks like it might be free.
