Hi I am looking for any connections to Thomas Walsh and Bridget Hennessy. They were married in on 6 October 1837 in Callan. They had 11 children, the first 8 born in Kilkenny. The other 3 born in Melbourne, Australia.



What I have so far is Thomas was born about 1813 to parents of Edward Walsh and Winifred Fitzgibbon, I think in Callan. Bridget was born about 1814 to parents of ? Hannasy and Anrira ? The childrens names are:

Edmund b Jan 1838

Honna b 1840

Edmond b 1843

Mary b 1845

Patrick b 1847

Catherine b 1848

Ellen b 1850 (my ggrandmother)

Bridget b 1853

Isobella b 1856

Winifred b 1858

Eliza b 1861

Between 1853 and 1856 I think they sailed on Black Eagle to Melbourne in 1854, but Ellen isn't listed with the family. My dilema is I am not sure if this is my family, also not listed is Edmund, Edmond, Mary and Patrick. I haven't been able to find them in Australia, therefore I am a bit lost.
