hello im looking for any info about elizabeth miller.brn in charlton kent in1848.she married john bingham in gibraltar in 1865.he was a gunner in the royal artillery.their daughter harriet was brn 1867 in gibraltar,their next a son was born in woolwich,1869.i have no other info about elizabeth other than that they eventually lived in heanor derbyshire.is it unusual for a woman to have been out there.someone sugested mybe her father was army and she had gone out with him.any information would be warmly received.thanks.lesley85.

This is the only 1851 census I can find with an Elizabeth born c.1848 Chatham. John is a cordwainer.

slizzy thanks for your replies,can you tell me any more about 1871 john chelsea pensioner,as i am trying to track down john bingham who was a gunner in the royal artillery in 1865.i have a photo of a man in uniform im trying to identify.thanks lesley 85.
