Can anyone access the birth records for Jersey, Channel isles?
I am looking for births of Dora W Smith b 1885 St peter`s Jersey, and /or her sister Mabel v Smith b 1886 St peter`s. Father William, mother Elizabeth.[trying to find mother`s maiden name.]

Hi. Thanks for that. I sent for the birth of Annie S Smith born devon but it wasnt the right one . The only other mach I can see is for An Annie Louisa Smith b Plymouth and though that perhaps the L may have been mistranscribed to an S? I couldnt find a birth record for Maud so though Channel Isles might be the way to go. Where would I get the army records from ? I know Sophia Smith was Sophia Bolt but I am trying to Williams wife Elizabeths surname. Just looking at the census above though,one says Plymouth and the other Plymstock.
