I'm not sure where to start! I'm new and lost!!

I'm searching Wharton, Steele, Bruce, and Burnett, surnames from Cheshire, Liverpool and Donegal. I have had quite a bit of success but hitting a few brickwalls so hopefully I will get a few tips to help me.
