Thread: Ann From London Via Liverpool

Hello everyone. I live in London, but my side of the family were from Liverpool. I left in 1949 but like to travel back to my old home town.



My father's side of the family were the Millers. My grand dad was a stone mason who carved a lot of the stone work in the Lady chapel at Liverpool Cathedral.My Grandparents were John Elijah (b.1879)and Harriet Miller (nee Walker) also born in 1879.



My mother's side of the family were named Birch. They ended up in Knotty Ash. My grandfather was William Horace Birch (b.1877) and Grandmother was Lillian May Powell. He was born in Liverpool and Lillian May (b.1877) in Govan, Scotland.



So my interests are the Birch and Miller families plus the Walkers.
