I have recently found out I have a half brother or sister, who was born in the Birmingham area, in a home for unmarried mothers in late 1943 to 1944. My mothers maiden name was Stella Ashworth Stevens. Any information on tracing this person would be greatly received. I would like them to know, the reason for there adoption, as I`ve been told. At the moment I have no further information. Thanks. I would love to get to know this person and meet their family, and introduce them to the rest of our family.
